New members can register with the Port Macquarie Swimming Club by following the below instructions:-

Port Macquarie Swimming Club Registration 2012 – 2013 Season

This year registration for swimming has gone online.  The following instructions should enable you to register.

1.      Go to http://www.nswswimming.com.au/

2.      Click on Members Portal ( a picture of a pool on the right hand side of the screen)

New Members

3.      Click on New Members

4.      Select Port Macquarie SC from the drop down list

5.      Click Next

6.      Choose your membership type. Remember all swimmers must have a parent/guardian  join as either a swimmer or a non swimmer. Click next.

7.      Click Member 1

8.      Click Swimmer. Click next

9.      Read the agreements and click agree. Click Next

10.  Complete form details. The red diamond indicates compulsory fields to enter. Click Next

11.  Enter Credit card details

12.  Submit

13.  Print Receipt and show it to us and you will receive a club book.

14.  You will receive an email with a username and password for your future use.

Existing Members

3.      We will provide you your password and username at registration. Alternatively click on Username &password, enter your email address and if you had given your email address it will be sent to you. If you can’t retrieve the username contact the registrar.

4.      Click on Family membership

5.      Click on “Click here to continue”

6.      Select “Port Macquarie SC” from the drop down list. Click Next

7.      Click on your family type (eg 1 non swimmer, 4 swimmers)                                                             8.      Click on member 1

9.      Click on swimmer or non swimmer as appropriate

10.  Read the declarations and click I agree on each click next

11.  Now, this bit is important. Click on Login – this will save you entering all your details again and it will avoid you having two records on NSW swimming

12.  Enter your username and password. Click on login

13.  Change any incorrect details. Click on update, even if you made no changes

14.  Repeat steps 8 to 13 for each member

15.  Click on Next

16.  Enter your credit card details and click next

17.  Click submit payment

18.  Click on print receipt

19.  Print the receipt and show it to us and we will give you a club book.
